    Dr. Evan Feinbeg

    Evan Feinberg, VMD

    Co-Owner & Veterinarian

    Dr. Evan Feinberg is the owner of Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital. He was born and raised in Pikesville,MD and received his VMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993. Dr. Feinberg opened Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital in 1996 to provide the area with a small, family oriented practice where people and their pets could feel like family. When not working, Dr. Feinberg enjoys spending time with his wife Kathleen and their children and cats.

    Dr. Thomas Vinson

    Thomas Vinson, DVM

    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Thomas Vinson is originally from Virginia Beach, VA. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Old Dominion University and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (Virginia Tech) in 2008. After practicing for two years in Charlottesville, VA, he decided to pursue further training. Dr. Vinson completed a rotating medicine and surgery internship at Georgia Veterinary Specialists in Atlanta, GA followed by an emergency and critical care internship at VCA Veterinary Referral Associates in Gaithersburg, MD. He remained at VCA for a second year as a staff emergency veterinarian before heading to Los Angeles where he completed a cardiology internship at Animal Specialty and Emergency Center. He is excited to join the staff at Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital and looks forward to providing quality veterinary care for your pets. In his free time, Dr. Vinson enjoys friends and family, hiking, camping, and playing a variety of sports.

    Dr. Zach Rathbun

    Zach Rathbun, DVM

    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Zach Rathbun earned his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Wisconsin, Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 2018 and his areas of professional interest include surgery and wound healing management. His favorite part of being a veterinarian is seeing patients respond well to medical treatments when injured or ill, so that they can return back to their happy, healthy selves. Originally from Pylesville, MD, Dr. Rathbun has recently moved back to northern Maryland where he enjoys hiking, weight lifting, and spending time outdoors.
